It seems to me, that democracy and what is right should take priority over the idea that Jews need to control Israel. We need to allow Palestinians the same rights as Jews. Yes, two different Peoples in one state. All have the right the to return and and live anywhere they want. If we let go of our xenophobia, we will be rewarded with peace and justice for all.

Robert has a good point--if only the two major groups of people cud agree that the advantages of a unified nation were more worthy than the
'uncivil war' that clouds 'Isralestine'. How about both Israel and Palestine strive to achieve peace and prosperity in their respective
'lands' If [at that time] a secular-unification
wud work, the two cud federate their 'nuts and
bolts' issues and burecracies. By then, the fate of the federation [perhaps a strong, non-
partisan, independent 'General Assembly'? shall
be supported by the very young, some middleagers,
and the elderly?..The present theocratic, racist, destructive mess sucks...Aaron Allen...
