Debra DeLee, APN's president and CEO, chaired the panel and spoke about what we and Peace Now does on this issue. The first presenter was Akiva Eldar of Haaretz, the co-author of the definitive book on the settlements, Lords of the Land. Next was Hagit Ofran, the director of Peace Now's Settlement Watch Project. Middle East policy expert Scott Lasensky of the U.S. Institute of Peace, spoke about the Obama administration's policy on settlements. A lively Q&A session followed.

Thank you very much for providing this. I attended the J Street Conference, but went to the panel on the Knesset and Israeli decision making. Traditionally I find it to be the case that at conferences that I attend the panels I most want to attend are at the same time.
