News Summary:
The German co-pilot who murdered his passengers, the Israeli Prime Minister's difficulty satisfying the demands of his potential coalition partners, the regional war erupting after Saudi Arabia and its Sunni allies launched a military campaign against the Iran-supported Shiite rebels in Yemen and the nearing nuclear agreement between Iran and the world powers were today's top stories in the Hebrew newspapers. 

**Also in today's news, the outgoing UN Mideast envoy said Israel's settlement building, "may kill the very possibility of reaching peace” through a two-state solution and asked the UN Security Council to lead by presenting a framework for negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians. "I frankly do not know if it is already too late," Robert Serry said. In a damning report on the humanitarian situation released Thursday, the UN said the 2014 Palestinian death toll was the highest since Israel conquered the West Bank and Gaza Strip in 1967. And Israel decided to apply its penal code to Palestinians in the West Bank – with one key exception: Palestinians may not ward off settler attacks, without bearing criminal responsibility, Haaretz+ reported.
 
The papers also reported that a young Palestinian man drove his car into a tree/ditch and fled, injured, because he was afraid an IDF soldier was trying to kidnap him, when the soldier stopped the 19-year-old’s car and demanded the driver drive him to the [radical - OH]  Yizhar settlement.
