News Summary:
A Hamas cell is caught that allegedly planned to kidnap and murder a Hebron settler to use as negotiation card for a prisoner swap, angry ultra-Orthodox riot in Jerusalem over the autopsy of a baby and the state approves the subsidized 'medicine basket,' which saves many sick - but not all of them, making top stories in today's Hebrew newspapers. Barely making headlines (except in Israel Hayom) was the continued manhunt for the Tel-Aviv shooter or the four Palestinians killed in two reported attempted stabbing attacks on Israeli soldiers in which four Palestinians were killed in the West Bank. In one of the incidents, involving three young relatives, their families have demanded the IDF show the video footage of the attack, as they don't believe their children tried to stab soldiers.

**Haaretz+ also reported that Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas sent a conciliatory message to the participants of a Meretz conference in Jerusalem.

Also in the news, was the Facebook post of Jews and Arabs kissing that mysteriously disappeared.
