News Summary:
Satellite images show unusual activity at Iran’s supposedly closed Fordo
nuclear site, Israeli actor and director Moshe Ivgy was charged with sexual harassment
against four women, and Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu 'quietly' and 'without any apology or soul-searching' removed his
race-baiting Facebook post against the fans of Israel's only Arab soccer team, four days after his accusation against them was revealed as blatantly
false, making top stories in today's Hebrew newspapers. Meanwhile, in the commentary section, Israeli
analysts wrote about the fears over and moves towards war with Iran.
Also, Maariv reported that Trump’s peace deal plan requires that in the first stage, Israel transfer four neighborhoods in East Jerusalem to Palestinian Authority control [likely only civil and not security - OH] and make East Jerusalem the capital of Palestine. [NOTE: None of the neighborhoods around the Old City or downtown E. Jerusalem are included. - OH] The report also said that “Israel had been promised unreserved support from the White House regarding efforts against the Iranian nuclear program. Among other things, the United States will give Israel extensive backing in international forums if it decides to act (militarily) directly against Iran, and as a result is expected to face international condemnation, and will also provide Israel with significant military support in the event of war, even by providing advanced weapons.”
And Israel Hayom revealed a plan to make Israeli settlement outposts in the West Bank ‘legal.’
