News Summary:
Jewish terror cells, the Temple Mount, a fire and a heatwave are all being covered heavily covered, as well as increased aid to Israel from the US.

Jewish Terror Cell: A Jewish terror cell operating in the West Bank against Palestinians was indicted.  Yedioth reports that "it was only by luck that the actions of the terror cell did not cause fatalities."  Seven were indicted.

The Temple Mount: The Jordanian government warned of serious consequences to Jews continuing to visit the site.  All passed relatively quietly yesterday. Three Jewish visitors were removed for violating rules.

Fire and Heat: Acres of forest land burned when a huge blaze broke out in the Biriya Forest in the Upper Galilee.  Firefighters were also called to deal with a fire in the vicinity of Gedera which is in the center of the country.  Fire also broke out along Route 3, near Moshav Yesodot.  This is all being exacerbated by the intense heatwave currently being experienced in Israel.

Defense Aid: An Obama official said that the administration is willing to sign a memorandum of understanding with Israel that would give it the largest military aid ever given to any country.  Under this package, as it is largely anticipated, aid will grow from 3 billion (due to end 2018) to 3.7 billion.  Israel would like to see this figure closer to 4-4.5 billion.
